1Account Eligibility

• Officers, employees, agents, representatives, and immediate family members of Aone Login staff are not permitted to play on this platform.

2Registration & Account

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) account on the Aone Login platform. Holding multiple accounts (multi-accounting) is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these terms.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the Aone Login support team immediately via live chat or email.
• Aone login is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access due to a player's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
• Accounts are for personal use only. Using an account for business or commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

Account verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) may be required before your first withdrawal or whenever Aone Login deems it necessary. Players must submit the requested documents within 7 business days.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

6Player Conduct

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

• Aone Login's total maximum liability to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the player's net deposits made within the 30 days preceding the claim.

9Account Termination

Either the player or Aone Login may terminate an account under the following conditions:

• Closure by Player: Players may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Any eligible remaining balance will be refunded once all conditions have been met.
• Closure by aone login: aone login reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or for legal compliance reasons.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply for a temporary self-exclusion (1–6 months) or a permanent one through the Responsible Gaming. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened before the exclusion period expires.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM10, or until the balance is depleted.

10Amendment of Terms

Aone login reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion.

• Players will be notified of significant amendments via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before it takes effect.
• Continued use of the Aone Login platform after any amendments take effect will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before being referred to any relevant dispute resolution mechanism.
